Is Your Activity Allowed in ASEZA?
Before registering the company, the activity must be defined clearly, and you need to know whether it is straightforward, requires additional approval, or is not suitable for registration in the Zone.
Three categories of business activity
Straightforward activity
A clear commercial or service activity that can usually begin review within the registration path.
Activity requiring a special path or approval
An activity related to health, the environment, customs, food, transport, professional services, or any regulated sector.
Unsuitable or prohibited activity
An activity that is not accepted for registration or requires an entirely different path.

Why is “general trading” not enough?
A general description of the activity causes delays in defining the path. It is better to specify what you will sell, store, import, or export, and whether the activity is trading only or also involves storage, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics services.

- The type of goods or services
- Is there any import or export?
- Is there any storage?
- Is there any manufacturing or packaging?
- Is there a location in Aqaba?
- Is there a foreign company or foreign partners?
