Annual Renewal of Your Company Registration in ASEZA
Every company registered in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone is required to renew its registration annually. Delaying renewal exposes you to penalties and triggers additional procedures on the activity.
Renewal deadline: March 31 of each year
Registration renewal must be completed before the end of March to avoid penalties. Some license types have different dates — confirm the specific expiry date of your license.
Annual renewal fees
Fees vary by company type and registered capital. The following figures are indicative — check the official schedule issued by ASEZA for the current year.

Steps to complete the renewal
Prepare the documents
Gather all required documents and update the lease contract and annual balance sheet before starting the application.
Submit the application online or in person
Submit the renewal application through the ASEZA online portal or by visiting the investor services office in Aqaba.
Pay the fees
Pay the administrative renewal fees and any licensing fees, and make sure to obtain the official payment receipt.
Receive the renewal certificate
Collect the renewed registration certificate confirming the company is active for the new year. Keep certified copies.
